Abdulkadir has a medical degree from School of Medicine, Uludag University in 2006 and was trained in ophthalmology at Maltepe University Faculty of Medicine (2007-2012). He focused on diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma. Having performed over 20,000 surgical operations, he has 15 years experience in comprehensive eye care, particularly in glaucoma and cataract. Currently, he works in private eye hospital. Having several patents on MedTech, he has also published academic journal articles. 

 Veysel is an electronics engineer with a Master of Science degree from Technical University of Denmark and a dedicated entrepreneur who is the founder of the companies Vidi Medika and BNM Fabrika. He has a particular expertise in micro and nano-electronics. Having been awarded with Turkish Education Foundation, he received his BSc degree from Ankara University. After having 6 years experience in the leading companies of the sector like Abbott, Zeiss, Shimadzu; he founded his own startup company in 2009 with the support of seed grant funding. He completed three R&D projects granted with TUBITAK and produced "cornea cross linking device" and launched first commercial product "Vidi smart glasses" the treatment for amblyopia and exported to 44 countrie and helped more than 10.000 children with amblyopia. 

Alperen received his Ph.D. degree in Bioengineering and Robotics from Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) and Università Degli Studi di Genova, Italy, in 2018. Previously, he received his M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Sabanci University, Turkey, in 2014; and his B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Turkey, in 2012. He also completed High-Tech Entrepreneurship courses with University of Genova and University of Bocconi, Italy. He is really enthusiastic about developing novel technologies for medical applications that can create social and economic impact on society.
